Food Log April 15, 2015

Black coffee

Approximately 5 oz. 93% percent lean gr. beef, smothered in jalapenos and hot sauce, approximately 3 oz. boneless, skinless Chx, thigh sauteed in lime Juice and Mrs. Dash, (serving of tomato and asparagus in vinegar? If I don't right things down right away, my memory gets hazy by next day.)

Danish with coffee and cream (a friend put it front of me.)

Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, green beans with craisins and almonds (slightly overdid the proportions.)

Apple

Plain, non-fat yogurt with 6 oz. black berries.

@ about 5:30 PM. 8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken thighs marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash, large serving of tomatoes, asparagus and jalapenos in vinegar.

14 oz NY Strip marinated in steak sauce, large serving of tomatoes, asparagus and jalapenos in vinegar. 4 oz. gin

Reset Button

Easter is not supposed to be the celebration of gluttony but...My pantry and refrigerator are now in diet mode. I start anew.

Day 0: April 11: 259 lb.

At about 5 PM: Approximately 15 oz. 93% lean gr. beef (pre-cooked weight) smothered in jalapenos and hot sauce, Large serving cooked spinach

1 oz. whole sunflower seeds (A year ago these things caused a bowel obstruction. The worst medical event of my life. Will limit myself to no ore than 2 oz. per day)

Orange

Arginine supplement

4 oz. baked chicken breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash, smothered in jalapenos and hot sauce. One tomato.

Happy Easter!

All sins are forgiven including this day of wondrous gluttony. Ham with mashed potatoes and veggie combos will be followed by baked ziti and a half dozen desserts. I intend to limit my caloric intake by drinking diet soda.
