Food Log Day 1: Stealth Diet

AM Weight: 242 lb.

7:30 AM: HCG drops.

AM: Water and black coffee.

1 PM: 5 oz. ham, 1 oz. whole sunflower seeds. Hoodia, berberine, magnesium, potassium.

3 PM to 5 PM: Salami and bologna.

Crystal Lite with caffeine throughout evening.

BROKE DIET (ON DAY 1!!!) Pork roast, cream corn, pigeon peas, rice pilaf.

SIGH!

241 on my scales, 245.5 On Theirs

I went for biometric testing today. Fully clothed minus shoes...245.5 lb. I am reflabbing at 10 lb./month. I My last diet was sabotaged by sig oth but she adamantly denies it. Next diet will have to be a stealth diet.

Weight is 234 lb.

Not sure if I should consider this a continuation of the diet of if I should start over on Wednesday. Tomorrow, I have a lunch meeting planned. Compliance has been difficult once more, due to the rest of my world not following my diet. I suspect that a certain someone is trying to sabotage my diet. She denies intent but my diet has been sabotaged nonetheless.

Coffee and water in AM.

Around 12:00 PM: Tablespoon tyrosine, large serving of Bing cherries.
