Food Log June 1, 2015

Approximately 10 oz. 93% lean ground beef smothered in jalapeno peppers, boiled collared greens with malt vinegar, tomato

10 oz. tuna

Green apple

Approximately 8 oz. chicken marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash (approximately 3 oz. thigh, 5 oz. breast), spring mix with Kimchi fermented cabbage.

Serving of bing cherries, serving of gin
