High protein and more or less sporadic HCG drops. Want to halt HCG and just do high protein till I hit plateau.

Diet Started July 19, 2014
Weighed 260 lb. on Saturday.
Taking HCG drops 2xday. High protein diet. Use ketone strips 1x or 2x every day.
Sort of a hybrid diet at this point.

Weighs 260 lb.
I seem to have peaked on the weight gain. 260 lb. The colonoscopy went, well more about that later.
I had a function to attend the weekend after the colonoscopy. We did most of the catering (big mistake) and as a result I ate a lot of rich, fatty food leading up to the function, ate well at said function and of course there were leftovers. Rich, fatty meatballs and Italian sausage with peppers and onions and a lot of homemade sauce. I even bought a new microwave. What a week!
I will soon be starting a new diet. Still putting the final touches on this baby. I'll roll it out soon.
