Diet Holiday;:Day 1 Food Log

Black coffee and water throughout the day:

Around 8:30 PM:

16 oz. beer.

A handful of pretzels.

2 cheeseburgers with lettuce, mayonnaise and tomato served on hamburger buns.

1 large slice of lemon meringue pie... the pie wasn't great and left an aftertaste. So I had a package of cheese and crackers and still felt liked I needed something else...at last I ate two pieces of gourmet chocolate.

Estimated calories for the day Not counting but I might add them up later.

Intermittent fasting: Compliant.

One meal a day: Compliant

Note: I don't feel the need to be compliant with intermittent fasting and OMAD on the Diet Holiday but my body has grown comfortable with those habits.

The Last Weight Loss Diet? Food Log: Day 14

 Black coffee and water throughout the day.

Around 9:40 PM:

A piece of crumb cake  (ate the last piece to get rid of it.) (400 calories estimate.)

12 oz. sweet Italian sausage (1200 calories estimate.)

2 oz. of raw, organic sauerkraut (10 oz. estimate.)

2 oz. ham (50 calorie estimate) 

tablespoon creamy horseradish (60 calories estimate)

1.48 lb. watermelon (201 calories estimate.)

Kit Kat (140 calories.)

3 Reeses Cups (330 calories.)

Estimated Caloric Intake for the day:(2391)

Food Log: November 18, 2015

Black coffee in AM.

1 PM: 14 oz. shrimp with cocktail sauce.

2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

Black coffee and caffeinated diet soda throughout evening.

Sigh. I had to abandon diet tonight. Did not have a chance to prepare anything for myself so I ate a little bit of bread pudding and then a little bit more and then a little bit more....Co-worker mad ambrosia and instead of giving me a regular serving she gave me a large bowl of it. Stupid Cindy girl.

Try again tomorrow.

Chicken sandwich @ 1 AM...Ms. D. made it for me.
