Way off diet.  Some planned, some unplanned. Unexpected travel (nowhere exotic). A found Outback gift card. One or two lapses in will power. Still, I maintained my weight of 228.

Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

6 Marilan vanilla flavored wafers.

1 prune plum

One slice of pizza, seven French Fries.

At 5 PM 16 oz. turkey with mustard, 1 tomato.

At 11:30 PM 16 oz. ham with mustard, 1 tomato.

12 oz. shrimp with cocktail sauce.

Approximately 2 oz. sunflower seeds.

1 oz. pretzels.

Prune plum (small plums)

A small serving of shepherd's pie and a taste of cornbread

September 30 To October 3 Food Log

I knew I was going to off-diet most of the week concluding with a going away party on Saturday October 3. The plan was to restart on October 4.

I ate well on this four day hiatus. Back to the salty mines.
