Day 18 Workout Log (Tuesday)

Weights. I made progress at every exercise attempted. To repeat my self, at this stage of returning to exercise it is more about scraping off rust than building muscle.

This was an evening workout. I exercise per machine. Gym was not empty but I ddin't have to wait my turn on any exercise.

Day 17 (Sunday) Food Log

Around 11:30 AM: 6 tablespoons of proprietary arginine before workout. 4 pretzel sticks to kill aftertaste (8 grams estimate.)

Around midnight ( June 28 to June 29) 18 oz. roasted pork with 3 oz. creamy horseradish. 4 tablespoons shredded, unsweetened, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 3 oz. gin with a splash of lemon juice.
