Around 5:05 PM. Approximately 6.5 teaspoons of proprietary arginine mix. An odd amount because I was finishing off a container. 3 mini pretzel rings (3 carbohydrates estimate) to kill the proprietary arginine mix aftertaste.

Around 7:30 PM: Approximately 1 cup , Rainier cherries (with pits that I spat upon the lawn.) 90 calories estimate. 1 large peach. 90 calories estimate.

Starting at 9:30, a leisurely evening meal concluding around 11:30 PM

Approximately 10 0z. baked tilapia sans oil or butter...183 calories estimate..
.approximately 3 oz. raw kale...12 calories estimate... 
approximately 3 oz. turkey breast with mustard... 161 calories estimate
1 large red plum, 30 calorie estimate....
Still feeling a little bit hungry, I concluded the evening with a tablespoon of cinnamon (19 calories) * 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder...12 calories.
