September 29, 2015:Off Diet

For work-related reasons I was unable to stay on.

Had 12 oz. shrimp with cocktail sauce .

Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

@ Work things went off the rails but it was worth it...Favorite cook is changing jobs and I am experiencing her farewell tour. Chx. Picatta, spinach, candied carrots.

I had a few cookies and an orangesicle.

Tomorrow I will have to take client to lunch and will have to skip diet.

Saturday is going away party.

I'll get back on diet someday.

Food logs are like dream journals. If you don't write them down every day you will probably forget the details.  

Two days, ago (Sunday) I ate 8 oz. of ham (or was it turkey?) one tomato and a few pretzels.

Later, I ate 8 oz. of turkey (or was it ham?) one tomato and a few pretzels.

Late at night I ate a lb. of strawberries and two cups of plain, non-fat yogurt (with a few pretzels and two oz. gin)

I ate a couple of apples throughout the day.

(I know I have to cut back on pretzels, as much I like them.)

September 25, 2015

I was off-diet today and ate like a pig.

A friend boguth me a coffee with cream from Dunkin Donuts.

Had my biometric screening then went out to eat at Fusion Andida in Beverly, MA. Fusion Peruvian cuisine. I recommend the place.

Ate a couple of pastries at staff meeting.

Ate a Bauducco Strawberry wafer. Also recommnended.

I was served a delicious chicken parmesan for dinner.

It has been a good evening so far.

Since I was off-diet, I ate an lb. of shrimp with melted butter before bed.
