Day 9, November 15, 2015...220 lb. Wow! Every number ending in 5 or 0 is a milestone and this one is sweet. Last night when I weighed, the scales dipped under 220 but this is where I am at official Morning Weigh-In.
I don't know why I lose weight in chunks instead of a more gradual reduction.
Day 10, November 16, 2015...220 lb. The normalizing foods might have helped the upper GI but I was hoping to be a bit lighter this AM.
Day 11, November 17, 2015...221 lb. The dreaded backslide.

Day 13, November 19, 2015...221 lb. Not bad considering all the bread pudding and ambrosia.

Also, this is close to six months of my on again/off again diet. As it stands, I lost 34 lb. in six months.
