Sigh. Bigger sigh. 250 pounds seems to be my set point. Whatever that means. It's a roadblock. I lose wweight rapidly and then I get down to 250, maybe a little under and STOP!
I started my most recent weight loss effort 20 days ago. Started at 256. Lost 6 lb. the first week. Lost 2 more the following week. then I gained back 2 lb. Sigh.
I'll review my body history in a later post. A year plus ago I took out the domain name misterweightloss.com. I was pretty confident that I was going to be the next cyber wieght loss guru. It did not happen. I let the domain expire. You can probably get it if you want it. You can be misterweightloss. Hey, I made a mockery of the title. Sigh.
Well's let's kick off this new site with boundless enthusiasm.
