 Approx. 5 oz. Chx breast, approximately 8 oz. radishes. (breakfast)
 Apple (snack)
Approx. 5 oz. Chx breast, approxiamtely 8 oz. radishes. (lunch)
Tangerine (snack)
One cup plain no fat yogurt
