Food Log: April 20, April 21

April 20

Approximately 6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash, smothered in jalapenos. A serving of kale sprouts. Diet soda

(Off-diet) A small sausage and pepper sub, 1 oz. pretzels, 1 oz. potato chips.

2 oz. pretzels,

1 cup plain non-fat yogurt with six ounces of blackberries.

Also: I went all winter without cold or flu. I let my guard down and get his by a cold. I am taking zinc lozenges and cough drops. I don't suffer illness gracefully. I forget which lozenges are sugar free and which contain sugar but this has added a couple hundred calories to daily intake.



April 21

Black coffee

12 oz. beef steak marinated in steak sauce, cooked spinach with malt vinegar, one tomato.

Cough drops and Coldeze

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with 6 oz. blackberries

Happy Earth Day!

Big Mac Dinner with Diet Soda (had to meet a client for lunch)

Navel Orange

Approximately 6 oz. 93% lean ground beef, 4 oz. mixed liqueur, 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with 6 oz. blackberries

April 23

Black coffee
Navel orange

Approximately 3 oz. Chx breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash.

Cough drops

Slice of cake

12 oz. Vitamin Water (70 Calories. Like the cake, it was given to me.)

10 oz. Tuna (mix of Bumble Bee Thai seasoned and store brand chunk light tuna) 1 oz. pretzels.

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with 6 oz. blackberries
