Approximately 10 oz. chx thighs and breasts marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash, smothered in jalapenos. A few radishes.
Serving of meat balls and pasta
1lb. shrimp with cocktail sauce (I was going to have 5 oz. I had 16 oz. instead) 2-3 oz. gin

4 oz. ground bison, 5 oz. 90% lean ground beef (pre-cooked weight for both) A few radishes.
Small serving of Beef Stroganoff, small amount of salad
1 oz. pretzels
Coffee with cream (buddy was buying.)
Popcorn
A couple of brownies (sigh)

OFF-Diet
I knew I had a lunch meeting that I would have to honor and dinner was great and free. I want to be able to take these scheduled breaks without putting on 5 lb/day (see weight log.)
