Ginseng Tea (Last tea bag from a product that expired more than 10 years ago. I can be a tightwad at times.)
Around 5 PM. 5 oz. of salami (off-diet but I hate to waste food. Whatever is old in fridge.) A few radishes and a few kale sprouts.
Cold-Eze and cough drops. I was extra-cautious to avoid a cold this winter. I was successful but I let my guard down come spring. Fighting a slow-onset cold now.
Approximately 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs, tomato, small serving of spinach with malt vinegar.
Insomnia. A rare occurrence for me. Kept waking up so I got up and ate a few Girl Scout mint cookies and drank a cup of Half-N-Half.
