Usually when a food disagrees with me I can trace it to its source. Then sometimes I wake up with upper GI indigestion. Today was one such day.
The story seems to have a happy ending. Ginger Ale, ginger root, pretzels and house brand version of Tums have turned the tide for now.
Pretzels deserve a shout out. People recommend soda crackers or bread but those things just don'w work as well for me as pretzels.
