Two days, ago (Sunday) I ate 8 oz. of ham (or was it turkey?) one tomato and a few pretzels.
Later, I ate 8 oz. of turkey (or was it ham?) one tomato and a few pretzels.
Late at night I ate a lb. of strawberries and two cups of plain, non-fat yogurt (with a few pretzels and two oz. gin)
I ate a couple of apples throughout the day.
(I know I have to cut back on pretzels, as much I like them.)
