Apple, black coffee.
.53 lb. mako shark baked and seasoned with Mrs. Dash and kelp, approximately 6.5 oz. 93% lean ground beef, tomato. (More than I wanted to eat but did not want food I paid for to go bad.)
Approximately 1 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
1 oz. potato chips (bag fell into dirty dish water and someone wanted to throw the bag away but chips were fine. So I ate them.)
5 oz. tuna
1 oz. pretzels.
Approximately 3 oz. tuna with mayonnaise (for the third time that day, I ate something off-diet because I did not want to throw it away. I made 10 oz. tuna with mayo for Ms. D. and she of course could not eat the last few teaspoons.)
I tried to mix plain, nonfat yogurt with pico de gallo, trying for a savory yogurt dish...unsuccessful blend but I ate a cup of the mixture anyway.
Approximately 6.5 oz. 93% lean ground beef with pico de gallo.
Two oz. gin.
