16 Oz. turkey with mustard.
Approximately 2 Oz. whole sunflower seeds.
Small pulled pork sandwich, 4 tater tots
1 Oz. pretzels.
5 plum prunes, 1 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
1 lb. shrimp with cocktail sauce
