At 12:30 PM: 16 oz. turkey with mustard, two pieces of celery.
At 2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
At 6 PM: Small serving of beef stew (off-diet but justifying it with portion control) 1 oz. pretzels.
Around 9 PM: 1 oz. pretzels.
Around 1 AM: 3 cups of plain, non-fat yogurt with 6 oz. raspberries, pineapple
