2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. sunflower seeds.
Around 8 PM: 9 oz. tuna (5 oz. chunk lite, 4 oz. Bumble Bee Thai Seasoned) 2 oz. pretzels, diet soda
Around 1 AM: Orange, Banana, Approximately 12 oz. crushed pineapple (from a can, unsweetened) Approximately 3 cups plain, non-fat yogurt.
