Food, Weight Log: April 21, 2016

AM Weight: 225 lb.  Ketosis: Moderate (How can I put on weight if I am undergoing ketosis?)

AM: Coffee.

12:30 PM: 20 oz. Roasted pork.

2 PM: Approximately 1 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

7 PM: 10 oz. tuna (Bumble Bee jalapeno with mayonnaise)

1 AM: 14 oz. shrimp with melted butter ( 1 oz. estimate)
