AM: Black coffee, a couple handsful (handfuls) of mixed nuts.
Around noon: 9 oz. lamb.
2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
Black coffee in PM.
2 AM: 8 egg cheese omelet.
