Around 11 PM: 7.5 oz. tuna (Bumble Bee Thai chili in pouch) 7.5 oz. boiled spinach with malt vinegar, garcinia cambogia chewy.
!2:30 : Approximately 30 oz. "Inner Power" arginine mix.
