Food Log: Day 13

AM Weight: 222 lb.

9:10 AM: HCG drops.

AM Ketosis: At least 4

Cold, black coffee in AM.

11 AM: 1 tablespoon phenylalanine.

1:30 PM: 10 oz. turkey breast with two teaspooons wasabi, 4 oz. kimchi. Tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon.
Took AM supplements at this time. Magnesium, potassium, aspirin. Also took multivitamin and 4 grams calcium ascorbate.
Also, garcinia cambogia, berberine, hoodia.

4:45 PM: 7500 mcg. B-12. Truth be known, these are expired and I have had them for a while and I want to get rid of them and I could use a boost of energy and B-12 provides that some of the time.

Black coffee and deit cola throughout PM for caffeine

9 PM: 10 oz. Black Forest ham with 2 teaspoons wasabi, 1 oz. pretzels, 1 tablespooon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon cocoa.
            Garcinia cambogia, berberine, carraluma fimbriata

10:30 PM: 3 tablespoons of arginine mix.

12 AM: HCG drops.

12:30 AM: Melatonin (standard 6 mg.)

1:30 AM: 8.1 oz. Bumble Bee Thai Chili tuna, 12 pretzels (Snyder's Minis)
                Garcinia cambogia, berberine, magnesium, potassium calcium ascorbate, diphenhydramine (I have temporarily run out of multivitamins.)

Steps for May 1: 5,825. 1.9 miles.

A food item I would like to enjoy at the end of The 30 Day Diet. A ripe avocado.
