Food Log: Day 22

AM Weight: 218 lb.

8:22 AM:  HCG drops.

AM Ketosis: Circa 11 AM. About 1.0

Inadvertently missed my phenylalanine.

Cold,black coffee in AM.

1:15 PM: 4 oz.chunk lite tuna, 5 oz. Bumble Bee Thai tuna,, 5 oz. celery, tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon,
Took AM supplements at this time. Magnesium, potassium, aspirin. Also took multivitamin and 4 grams calcium ascorbate.
Also, garcinia cambogia, berberine, hoodia.

Diet cola in PM for caffeine.

9:00 PM: 1 orange.

10: 00 PM: 10 oz. Black Forest turkey breast, 1 oz. pretzels.
                    Garcinia cambogia, berberine, carraluma fimbriata
                      Tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon.

12:42 AM: HCG drops.

12: 53 AM: 3 tablespoons arginine. Garcinia cambogia, berberine, magnesium, potassium, melatonin, diphenhydramine. Approximately 4 grams ascorbic acid, multivitamin.

Around 1:15 AM: Ketosis about .75. I wonder is the combination on an orange and an oz. of pretzels has slowed ketosis.

Total recorded steps for May 10: 4,121. 1.3 miles.
