9:32 AM: HCG drops.
Cold, black coffee in AM.
Around 11:30 AM: Tablespoon of phenylalanine. Magnesium, potassium, aspirin.
12:47 PM: 1 pear.
1 to 2 PM: 2 zinc lozenges because I suspect a cold is coming on (they contain sugar which could interfere with ketosis. I can still lose via fat restriction though.)
Around 4 PM: 1 pear.
Around 8 PM: 1 lb. tofu macaroni noodles with approximately 1 cup salsa, a serving of kimchi. I was in a hurry and missed the cocoa and cinnamon. Garcinia cambogia, berberine, hoodia, multivitamins ( the Life Enhancement package arrived on Friday) 1 teaspoon (approximately 4 grams) calcium ascorbate.
Around 12 AM: 10 oz. shrimp, tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon.
