Food Log: Day 29

AM Weight: 215

8:10 AM: HCG drops.

Cold, black coffee in AM.

AM ketosis: 1.25 to 1.50.

10:30 AM: Bana, tablespoon phenylalanine, magnesium, potassium, aspirin.

12:45 PM: 1 lb. shrimp, 1/4 cup McCormick's extra hot cocktail sauce, 3 oz. celery
                  tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon.
                  garcinia cambogia, berberine, hoodia, multivitamins, approximately 4 grams calcium                           ascorbate.

7:25 PM: Tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon. A deviation from the plan but I was getting hungry.

Diet cola in PM for caffeine.



9:45 PM: 10 oz. turkey breast with mustard, .92 oz. pretzels.
                   Garcinia cambogia, berberine, carraluma fimbriata.

10:45 PM: 3 tablespoons arginine.

12;30 PM: Tablespoon cocoa, tablespoon cinnamon.

Around 1:00 AM:  Magnesium, potassium, melatonin, diphenhydramine, approximately 4 grams ascorbic acid, multivitamin.

1:12 AM: HCG drops.
