Food Log Day 1: Target Weight Diet

AM Weight: 239 lb.

8:30 AM: HCG drops.

Black coffee and water throughout day.

2:45 PM: Large Pink Lady Apple (From Chile I  believe.) (116 calories estimate.)

5:40 PM: .5 oz. vinegar. (3 calories estimate.)
                  3 oz. ham (75 calories).
                   10 oz. Black Forest turkey (300 calories estimate.)
                   teaspoon cinnamon (6 calories estimate.)
                   Berberine, magnesium, potassium, calcium ascorbate, multivitamins.

1 12 oz. seltzer with Crystal Lite caffeine mix sipped throughout evening.

Approximately 11:50 PM: 4 Scoops of Life Enhancement (4 calories estimate.)

12:06 AM: HCG drops.

12:30 AM: 3 mg. melatonin.

12:36 AM: 16 oz. Tofu macaroni (40 calories estimate)
                   Approximately 16 oz. Market Basket Salsa (140 calories estimate.)
                   Green Giant broccoli slaw with approximately 1/2 tomato, some marinara sauce, large serving that I estimate to be about 100 calories.
                    50 mg. diphenhydramine, multivitamins, calcium ascorbate, potassium, magnesium, 5-HTP (remind me to look up the amount in that tablet.)

784 Calories on the day.
