9:30 HCG Drops.

Black coffee and water throughout AM.

10:30 AM: 10 oz. unpitted cherries (95 calories estimate.)

12:35 PM: Large Peach (69 calories estimate.)

12:45 PM: 1 tablespoon tyrosine.

1:15 PM: .5 oz. vinegar (3 calorie estimate), 10 oz. ham (300 calories), 4 radishes (4 calories estimate) Approximately 1+ oz. whole sunflower seeds (100 calories estimate), teaspoon mustard (3 calories) Magnesium, potassium, hoodia, berberine, calcium ascorbate, multivitamins.

Diet soda and Crystal Lite with caffeine throughout evening.

6:30 PM: Tablespoon cocoa (12 calories estimate.)

8;25 PM: Large peach (69 calories estimate.)

8:35 PM: Hoodia, berberine.
                4 oz. chunk lite tuna in water (120 calories)
                 1 oz. pretzels (110 calories.)
