Around 7:30 PM: Approximately 1 cup , Rainier cherries (with pits that I spat upon the lawn.) 90 calories estimate. 1 large peach. 90 calories estimate.
Starting at 9:30, a leisurely evening meal concluding around 11:30 PM

Still feeling a little bit hungry, I concluded the evening with a tablespoon of cinnamon (19 calories) * 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder...12 calories.
