For Old Time Sake: McDonalds Fights Compilation

Oh, the joy of yesteryear when this dieter discovered a treasure trove of Golden Arches pugilistic events and shared them with readers of this blog.

Some things never change. Hungry McDonalds patrons are as surly as ever. Don't stand between a McCustomer and an order of fries.

Food Log: June 7, 2015

Black Coffee, Orange

Approximately 9 oz. 93% lean ground beef with spring mix, Kimchi fermented cabbage.

Roughly 15 pretzels consumed throughout the day.

Approximately 10 oz. of boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce, spring mix with Kimchi fermented cabbage.

A cup of plain, non-fat yougurt, apple

Day 3 May 31, 2015...251 lb.
Day 4 June 1,   2015...250 lb.

Day 6 June 3,   2015...247 lb.
Day 7 June 4,   2015...246 lb.

12 pounds lost in Week 1. Not bad but I put on 12 pounds in about a weeks time right before starting diet.

Day 8 June 5,   2015...245 lb.
Day 9 June 6,   2015...244 lb.

IS THIS WHAT THEY CALL A HAPPY MEAL??

Black coffee, approximately 10 oz. of Bing cherries.

Approximately 10 oz. 93% lean ground beef smothered in jalapenos, large serving of steamed collard greens served with malt vinegar.

Orange

2+ cups of plain, non-fat yogurt, 12 oz. blackberries, 15 pretzels.

All in all, a successful day of caloric restriction.
