Summary Of Suspended Diet

Black coffee and Seltzer water throughout the day.

8:20 PM...9 oz. tuna salad.
11:40 PM ...Two bone-in pork chops with sauerkraut, 10 oz. tuna salad.

The astute observer will notice that I did not adhere to the one meal a day play. Still, I did not eat until 8:20 PM. An intermittent fast was completed.

One day a week (currently Sunday) I work 3-11 instead of 12-8. This being a Sunday, I ate a little bit at work to keep me alert for the last leg of the workday.

Day 3; March 30, 2020:

Black coffee in AM. Seltzer throughout the day.

12:15 PM until roughly 6 PM. Coffee with light cream...The light cream should not interfere with the attempted ketosis and I am not sure if it interferes with the benefits of intermittent fasting or OMAD.

9:26 PM: Approximately 18 oz. corned beef and cabbage. (Missing those potatoes.)

11:55 PM: 3 tablespoons proprietary arginine mix.

Day 4: March 31, 2020:

8:30 PM : 3 tablespoons proprietary arginine mix
12:10 AM (Actually 4/1 as it is after midnight) 11 oz. tuna salad, 3 oz. summer sausage.

Day 5: April 1, 2020:

8 PM: 3 oz. summer sausage, ..20 lb (3.2  oz pepperoni)
Later that evening, cheesecake consumed and diet suspended.

Good food continues at this writing (4/4/2020).
