Black coffee in AM
1 PM: Approximately 9 oz. tuna with some mayonnaise (Ms. D. left some tuna in fridge. Mayo is off-diet but I wasn't going to just toss it. She left about 5 oz. and I added 4 oz. Bumble Bee Thai Seasoned tuna to the mix.) One half tomato.
2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
Around 5:30 PM. Small serving of chicken cacciatore with small amount of spaghetti.
Around 7 PM: Banana.
Around 1 AM: Serving of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, 3 cups plain non-fat yogurt with fresh pineapple. (Looking for a savory additive--love that word--for Greek yogurt. I don't want to find an alternative to fruit.)
