At about 5 PM: Approximately 15 oz. 93% lean gr. beef (pre-cooked weight) smothered in jalapenos and hot sauce, Large serving cooked spinach
1 oz. whole sunflower seeds (A year ago these things caused a bowel obstruction. The worst medical event of my life. Will limit myself to no ore than 2 oz. per day)

Arginine supplement
4 oz. baked chicken breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash, smothered in jalapenos and hot sauce. One tomato.
