1 PM: 10 oz. ham with mustard.
2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
3:30 PM Small slice of some weight watcher cake that had virtually no taste.
Around 8 PM: 9 oz. tuna (5 oz. chunk lite, 4 oz. Bumble Bee Thai Seasoned) 1 oz. pretzels.
Around 1 AM: 2 cups plain, non-fat yogurt, approximately 10 oz. unsweetened, crushed pineapple.
