2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
Black coffee and diet soda (with caffeine) throughout PM.
4 PM: Honeycrisp apple.
6:15 PM: A small serving of chicken breasts and an even smaller serving of potatoes.
7 PM: 1 oz. pretzels.
8:45 PM Navel orange.
