Food Log: December 8, 2015

Black coffee, orange in AM

12:30 PM 10 oz. ham with mustard.

2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.

Black coffee and diet soda (with caffeine) throughout PM.

4 PM: Honeycrisp apple.

6:15 PM: A small serving of chicken breasts and an even smaller serving of potatoes.

7 PM: 1 oz. pretzels.

8:45 PM Navel orange.
