Black Coffee and orange in AM.
Mid-afternoon: 1 lb. shrimp with cocktail sauce.
Navel orange, banana, black coffee in PM.
Around 11 PM: 1/2 half large cheese pizza, two large servings of a salad (spring mix, turkey, string cheese, tomatoes) with Italian dressing...Way off-diet but Ms. D. bought it for me. Can't beat free.
