Day 1, August 30, 2015:
Waited till 5:30 Pm and then ate one clementine.
At 6PM I ate 6 oz. Chx breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash smothered in jalapenos, 5 oz. sauerkraut, one tomato. 7 pretzels after dinner.
Throughout evening I ate a peach and 7 pretzels.
Shortly after midnight I ate 9 oz. turkey with mustard and approximately 20 pretzels (I lost count.)
Day 2,
August 31, 2015:
Clementine
6 oz. Chx breast marinated in lime juice and Mrs. Dash smothered in jalapenos, tomato.
Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds.
Approximately 4 oz. sausage with peppers and mushrooms (cumulatively 4 oz., not 4 oz. of sausage) and approximately 2 oz. yellow rice.
1 oz. pretzels

Black coffee and Crystal Light with caffeine.
(I will eat a small meal after midnight)
Update: 3 cups of plain, non-fat yogurt with three peaches.
