Overview of 30 Day Diet.

1. Low calorie consumption.
2. Low fat consumption.
3. Low carbohydrate consumption.
4. Nutritional Enhancement:
    A. HCG.
    B. Garcinia Cambogia.
    C. Berberine.
    D. Hoodia.
    E. Caralluma Fimbriata.
5. Routine Nutritional Enhancement:
    A. L-Phenylalanine.
    B. Arginine.
    C. Magnesium.
    D. Multivitamin
    E. Potassium.
6. Other
     A. 325 mg. aspirin. Q/day.
     B. 6-9 mg. melatonin HS
     C. 25 mg. diphenhydramine HS


I plan to eat from a limited menu (lunch meats, tuna from pouch or canned in water and raw radishes, lettuce, celery, spinach) at about the same time each day.

Boring but simple.
   

Day 1 Food Log

AM Weight: 236 lb.

AM: Black coffee, magnesium supplement, potassium supplement, 1 level tablespoon L-phenylalanine.

Note: I might scale back on the phenylalanine. More details later.

Around Noon: Garcinia Cambogia

Around 12:30 PM: 9 oz. turkey breast, 5 oz. raw celery, 4 oz. radishes.
                                Berberine with meal. Multivitamins, hoodia.

5 PM to 8:30 PM: 20 oz. Coke Zero for caffeine.

8:30: Garcinia Cambogia

9 PM: 8 oz. Black Forest ham (97% fat free, 4.5 gram carbohydrate, 6.7 gram fat, 270 calories), 5 oz. raw celery, 4 oz. radishes. Berberine with meal. Teasponn of cinnamon, Caralluma Fimbriata.

10 PM: 2 tablespoons arginine mix.

12 AM: HCG drops.

12:30 AM Tablespoon cinnamon, tablespoon cocoa, 6 mg. melatonin,  25 mg. diphedhydramine, multivitamin, magnesium.

Recorded steps for April 19: 5309. 1.8 miles.

My first meal at conclusion of 30 day diet: Corned beef with cabbage, potatoes and barley. I bought some corned beef roasts when they were on sale in March and they have a long shelf life. Good until June.

30 Day Diet Weight Log

Day 0....April 18, 2017...237 lb.
Day 1....April 19, 2017...236 lb.

Note: I did not overload on water prior to initial weigh-in but Easter was April 16 and I ate well all weekend all the way through Tuesday (Day 0...April 18, 2017). There was probably five or six pounds of temporary weight gain and I suspect that that will be reflected in an initial, front-ended weight loss.
