Food Log

Clementine, black coffee

Lunch was 6 oz. baked chx breast marinated in lime Juice and Mrs. Dash and smothered in jalapenos, mixed raw vegetables--tomato, celery, spinach, green peppers--in apple cider vinegar.

Approximately 1 oz. whole sunflower seeds

Approximately 3 oz. pulled pork, approximately three oz. stuffing (for stuffed pepper)

1 oz pretzels

2 small wafers (approximately 85 calories)

9 oz. 93% ground beef with hot sauce, mixed raw vegetables--tomato, celery, spinach, green peppers--in apple cider vinegar.
