I veered off diet in PM...lack of planning...ate about 8 oz. pork...small amount of green beans, smaller amount of candied carrots.
Ate part of a pork sandwich when I got home...hardly any pork on it...sauerkraut, mayo, tomato on pumpernickel. Also ate a cookie and a cup of yogurt.
