I lost 6 lb. for the week. 

Compliance for 800 calorie daily consumption: 1 of 7 days.

Compliance for Intermittent fasting: 7 of 7 days.

Compliance for One Meal A Day: 7 of 7 days.

Being that I lost 6 lb. while exceeding the 800 calorie limit, I am thinking that 800 calories a day might be unnecessarily low.
