Day 10 Food Log

Black Coffee, apple
Approximately 20 pretzels (Way off diet. About 200 calories.)
Approximately 10 oz. Chicken breast, approximately 12 oz. radishes.

NOTE: Keeping a food log is like keeping a dream journal. If you don't write it down right away, the memory fades. That is how it is for me anyway.

So two days later I am trying to recall what else I ate on Friday.

I must have eaten an apple because I bought more than I should have and they are getting a bit soft.

I also ate a about a cup of yogurt and six ounces of blackberries.

I also ate approximately six ounces of shrimp.
