Food Log Day 5

Black coffee, orange.

Approximately 6 oz. 90% lean ground beef (a bit over the recommendations of 4 oz.) , medium sized tomato.

Honeycrisp apple.

10 pieces of shrimp, approximately 8 oz. radishes.

Orange

11 pieces of shrimp, one cup of plain, non-fat yogurt.
