Food, Weight Log: April 22, 2016

AM Weight: 223 lb. Ketosis: Low to moderate.

AM: Black coffee.

1:30 PM: 1 lb. bacon (precooked weight) 6 egg omelet with two slices Provolone cheese

3:30 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds

Black coffee throughout evening (2 cups estimate)

2 AM: 9 oz. roasted pork.
