Food, Weight Log: April 26, 2016

AM Weight: 222 lb. Ketosis: Large.

AM: Black coffee.

1 PM: 15 oz. roast pork, a serving of roasted pork, a large serving of kale baked with pecans, Parmesan cheese and olive oil.

2 PM: Approximately 2 oz. whole sunflower seeds

PM: Black coffee. Hope to limit to two cups.
