8:20 AM HCG drops.
Note: I got thrown off schedule by my late night encounter with the medical establishment. I woke up around eleven, drank black coffee, swallowed my potassium and magnesium and headed to the hospital to see my lady. Because I was rushed and slightly out of kilter, I forgot to take my AM phenylalanine.
The quaint town where I diet is in the process of repairing a water main within the heart of the metropolis and the city fathers have created a maze of detours. What would usually have been a five-minute drive turned into a much longer and slower process. I stopped off at Walgreens to get my lady some cookies. The delays would have put me behind schedule had I been on a schedule. Instead, it just put me behind.
The patient in question would be sleeping when I returned so I went to a shop and killed some time. Not growing up with a cell phone in my hand, I still marvel at the convenience the gadget provides, Google Latitude notwithstanding. Ms. D. called me and I hiked back to her hospital room.
I was finally able to eat at 4;30 PM. I consumed 16 oz. of Nasoya Pasta Zero Shirataki Spaghetti. I will probably discuss this food item at a later date though I am still unsure if I will ever eat it again. 1 lb. serving provides 60 calories and 16 grams of carbohydrate.
With the spaghetti, I had a cup of Market Basket Tomato and Basil sauce. 26 grams of carbohydrate, 4 grams of fat.
Still feeling hungry, I ate 4.5 oz. roasted turkey breast with mustard.
I took garcinia cambogia, berberine and hoodia with dinner. The hoodia is working well. As of 10:27 PM, I am experiencing zero hunger, albeit I keep thinking about food.
PM: In the evening I sipped cold black coffee.
12 Midnight: Garcinia cambogia
12:30 AM: 11 oz. roasted turkey breast, 7 oz. radishes, 5 oz. celery
Caralluma fimbriata, berberine,
Magnesium, multivitamin, melatonin, dephenhydramine.
1:45 AM: HCG drops. (Almost forgot the cornerstone of this diet.)
I failed to schedule my arginine. Also, I skipped on cinnamon and cocoa, two appetite suppressants because I was not hungry.
Recorded steps for April 22: 4212. 1.5 miles.
A food I will consume shortly after the conclusion of the 30 day diet: A big bag of Fritos.
