Day 5 Food Log

AM Weight: 229 lb.

8:20 AM: HCG Drops.

Cold, black coffee in AM.

About 10 AM: Magnesium and potassium

Noon: Tablespoon of phenylalanine.

1PM: 1 lb. shrimp with 1/4 cup cocktail sauce (16 grams of carbohydrate), 7 oz. celery, 4 oz. radishes.
Garcinia cambogia taken about 10 minutes before eating (label says take one half hour before eating but I often forget until the last minute), berberine, hoodia, multivitamin.
















8 PM: 3 tablespoons arginine mix.

9 PM: One cup cold black coffee. Tablespoon cinnamon. Tablespoon cocoa.

11:56 PM: Garcinia cambogia.

12:45 AM: 12.5 oz. smoked turkey breast with mustard, 4 oz. radishes, teaspoon cinnamon, teaspoon cocoa, berberine, multivitamin, melatonin, diphenhydramine.

Recorded steps for April 23: 2166. 0.67 miles.

A food I would like to eat at shortly after the conclusion of the 30 day diet: Refried beans with shredded cheese.
